With almost 20 years of experience in both agency and in-house corporate recruiting, Natalie has lead recruiters, sourcers, and RCs specializing in Go-to-Market, Biz Ops, G&A, and Tech. As Head of Talent for several Series A-C Startups in Silicon Valley and Director of Talent for a National Fortune 1000 Professional Services firm, she has grown to become an expert in TA strategy, executive recruiting, and leading Talent Acquisition teams of over 30 people. These experiences have enabled her to Found Talent Collective, an exclusive community for Women in Talent Acquisition, with the aim to create a platform that fosters collaboration and empowers women in the industry.
